Cecil & Ray Homes, Inc. was established in the spring of 2003 after Ryan Ray and Bryan Cecil branched out from J.W. Ray Construction. Together Ryan and Bryan have 20+ years experience in the home building industry and have built over 100 custom homes. Both Ryan and Bryan bring personal building experience to Cecil & Ray Homes, Inc.

Ryan, a second generation builder, grew up around the building business, as his father is a general contractor as well. Bryan also grew up around the construction business working in several different trades throughout high school and college. Bringing their experience together has allowed them to create a strong company. Both are committed to building a quality home and excelling in craftsmanship.

Both Bryan and Ryan have their contractors license. For the last several years they have been affiliated with the Kansas City Home Builders Association. This year will be the 10th year they have entered the KCHBA Parade of Homes. The Parade gives them the opportunity to showcase some of their latest ideas in custom home building. They have received prestigious awards, such as "Pick of the Parade". They are designated as Certified Master Builders by the National Association of Home Builders and are members of The Green Build Council.
